Interview - Kitchen Flair

We had the privilege of visiting Kitchen Flair's amazing Leyland showroom in December for a catch-up with director -  Kristina Libertini.

Follow us over the next few weeks as we explore Kitchen Flair's journey with TruBlue and discover what it has been like for them to work with the most modern up - to - date business management platform created exclusively for the KBB industry.

Part 1 - Would you recommend TruBlue

Kristina commented:

"I absolutely recommend TruBlue! I’ve recommended it to suppliers that aren’t already on TruBlue.

I’m a little fan of TruBlue and I think that is down to the relationship that we have with TruBlue.

TruBlue have been supportive and have supported our needs as well as those of the business which is really important, especially when you are a small business. It’s important to know that somebody is listening and responding.

I have recommended to you suppliers and even customers and clients that I think would find it useful like such as fitters.

It has streamlined our paperwork and streamlined the way we work and I would recommend it to any KBB business."

Part 2 - How is TruBlue different form your previous solution?

Kristina commented:

"TruBlue has gotten us away from paper. Everything was very paper-orientated, a lot of our communication was via email and we had to make lots of phone calls just to share small pieces of information, TruBlue has got us away from that.

"It has brought visibility throughout the team and throughout departments. We're multi-site so it means now, staff can access the same information at the same time. The visibility has been great for us across our sites."

Kitchen Flair has improved their day to day business workflow, saving on paperwork and benefitting from the increased flexibility that TruBlue offers.


 

Part 3 - How important is it that TruBlue has UK-Based customer support?

We asked Kristina, how important it was to have knowledgeable UK-based customer support.

Kristina discusses how they moved away from isolated spreadsheets and paperwork, plus the flexibility of cloud based solutions and how it has helped Kitchen Flair.
