Slade Kitchens has been manufacturing white-label kitchen carcasses directly for the KBB trade for more than 40 years. With every customer having their own requirements, the company manages a wide range of variable specifications covering everything from cabinet dimensions to edging and drilling details.

After moving to TruBlue nearly two years ago, Slade Kitchens has been able to connect more of its operation and provide teams across the business with real-time visibility.

This has helped replace processes that previously relied heavily on manual input and individual knowledge, creating a clearer and more consistent flow of information between order management and factory production.
Kyle continued:
“Unlike many manufacturers, all our customers have variable specifications, from cabinet sizes down to drilling details. With TruBlue, we can split products into different catalogues so edging details, drilling details and more can automatically be populated to our BIESSE machines in the factory.
“Before this, everything was manual and from memory, so errors have now been reduced and production has increased.”
