Although quoting within TruBlue initially required some time to master, the software has significantly reduced double‑handling during the ordering stage. This has also provided valuable reassurance that quotes are accurate and complete before progressing to order placement. As the team has become more familiar with the system, the overall speed and efficiency of their workflow have continued to improve.
Before implementing TruBlue, Silver Birch Kitchen Design relied on Excel spreadsheets and individual supplier ordering portals. Transitioning to a dedicated CRM and ordering platform represented a notable shift. While the onboarding process came with a few early challenges—particularly around catalogue accuracy and pricing—these issues were resolved with the support of the TruBlue team. With catalogue corrections now in place, day‑to‑day operations run far more smoothly.

The catalogue team, particularly Gemma and Matthew, have played a crucial role in resolving catalogue‑related issues, directly contributing to more efficient quoting.
